The Public Hearing has been scheduled for April 12, 2017 at the Lake Panasoffkee Recreation Park East Wing Meeting Room located at 1589 County Road 459 in Lake Panasoffkee, Florida. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing comment period will begin at the public hearing and will conclude on April 22, 2017. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for thi sproject are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant of 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
